Updated: 3 hours ago
From 6am AEST Friday 30 July:
Face mask requirements for South East Queensland will continue for a further 7 days to Friday 6 August.
Face masks must be worn in indoor spaces where physically distancing can't be maintained. Exceptions are: children under 12 years; clergy and laity may remove their mask where clear enunciation is essential (includes the priest celebrating Mass, readers, choristers)
Density/gathering restrictions for churches continue to apply:
Funerals and Weddings - capped at 200 people (or 100% capacity)
Please note that people are no longer required to sit when eating and drinking.
When attending services or morning tea in the Maurice Till Function Room, people are still required to register their attendance using the Qld QR Code.
Parishioners, volunteers, clergy and staff who have visited a COVID-19 hotspot are required to get tested and quarantine and should not attend church.
